Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Front-End Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our fast-paced, Agile development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to innovate, learn, and collaborate closely with a highly skilled development team to deliver cutting-edge user interfaces for Meghna Cloud. You will work on the latest technologies to build responsive, user-friendly applications that redefine the cloud experience for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and optimize responsive web interfaces using ReactJS and other modern front-end frameworks.
• API Integration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to align with the team's goals and deliverables.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting unit testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of the UI components.
• Technology Research: Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve product quality and user experience.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve front-end issues and bugs to ensure high-quality releases in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies. Familiarity with NodeJS is a plus.
• API Knowledge: Experience in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end.
• UI/UX Understanding: A strong sense of user interface design and the ability to build visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and finding modern, efficient solutions for front-end challenges.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the back-end team and other stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and front-end build tools like Webpack.
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of professional experience in front-end development, preferably in cloud or SaaS-based environments.
