Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our Agile team and directly support the Product Development Life Cycle at Meghna Cloud. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, driving feature updates, and refining the platform to align with evolving industry standards and customer needs. This role demands a forward-thinking individual with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of cloud technologies, and a passion for driving innovation in product design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Take a leading role in Meghna Cloud's Product Development Life Cycle by making critical decisions to update and introduce new features, ensuring alignment with product goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze requirements from clients, stakeholders, and C-level executives, translating them into actionable development objectives.
• Collaboration with UI/UX: Work closely with the UI/UX team to create wireframes and design elements that enhance the user experience and align with the product's functional goals.
• Development Support: Assist the Front-End and Back-End development teams throughout the development journey, offering guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the defined vision.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly conduct meetings with stakeholders and executives to present ongoing development progress, gather feedback, and capture additional requirements.
• Documentation and Versioning: Maintain comprehensive documentation and version control for all products, ensuring that every update is meticulously recorded and easily accessible.
• Global Partnerships: Represent Meghna Cloud in discussions with global partners, seeking new partnership opportunities that enhance our product offerings and expand our market reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Product Management & Design Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of product management and product design principles, with an emphasis on feature prioritization, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various technology stacks, specifically Python (Django) and the MERN stack, to facilitate effective communication with the development teams.
• Cloud and Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including cloud infrastructure, security basics, and the cloud industry's strategic objectives.
• Education & Experience: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with 5-8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the software/cloud industry.
