Responsibilities & Context

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Meghna Cloud, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cloud computing products and platforms. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing designs & vector illustrations (both UI/UX & Graphics) for print and digital media that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and scrum-master.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for cloud-based applications and platforms.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all Meghna Cloud products.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and iterate on designs.
• Define and optimize information architecture to enhance user navigation and interaction.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Iteratively refine designs based on user testing results.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to non-design stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Create visually appealing designs (both UI/UX & Graphical) for print and digital media.
